Doctor Li has rich experience due to the years of practices in the construction. Doctor Li has worked as the chairman in Design Office and sub-chairman in Construction Office of Shanghai Science & Technology Museum. He has been in charge of the whole process of the exhibition of the museum. Specially, the program of Combination of Three Museums including the Nature Museum, the Science Museum and the Astronomy Museum has still been seen as an outstanding creation of science museum recognized by both domestic and overseas experts. In addition, he has taken charge of the topic named the Practice and Analysis to the Significant Construction of the Shanghai Science City as the chief drafter and been honoured with the First Prize for Shanghai’s Progress in Science and Technology and the Second Prize for National Progress in Science and Technology. Also, Doctor Li has occupied the position of General Director of Xiangmeiyuan Garden after the APEC Meeting. Although that project faced extremely disadvantageous situations that the period for the construction is quite short, the available fund is limited, an unfavorable construction contract is concluded before initiation of the construction and three ex-directors are all unable to solve these problems. Once Doctor Li has been appointed as the director he has successfully completed the Pile foundations issues in three months and meeted the pre-sales conditions in six months. In such hard conditions the sales results still reached the top 5 in Shanghai and top 3 in Pudong New Area.
Due to the rich practical experience in the area of construction and the real estate, Doctor Li has been appointed as project consults and perennial consults for the Shanghai Command of Military Department Office Building, Yahuasen Group Australia, Boanshengshi Group, Jiaxin Estate, Weinazhiye Estate and about other fifty domestic and international investigation and real estate companies. These projects cover areas of governmental projects, hotels, office buildings, residences, constructions, entertaining buildings and etc.. Besides, Doctor Li has also successfully dealt with numberours cases involving the financing related to the real estate, stock transferring, project construction, associated enterprises and construction funds. 
Doctor Li, as a graduate from the key universities in the early 80th, is well educated and effected by the Confucianism deeply. Due to the excellent achievement and professional ethics, Doctor Li has won praises widely. In 2001 Doctor Li has been honoured with the title of Shanghai Construction Meritorious Person awarded by Ju Huang who is the Secretary of Shanghai Municipal Committee of CPC, Pudong Exploiting Outstanding Person, Long March Pioneer of Pudong New Area, Meritorious Person for Essencial Projects Shanghai, Excellent Member of CPC in Shanghai New Economical Organization and etc..
